We are a friendly club who welcome all motivated experienced or inexperienced open water swimmers, who wish to improve:

• Technique
• Stamina
• Competitive training

We plan to meet at Shore Road, Poole on Tuesday evenings at 6.15pm (17 April to September 2012) whatever the weather. We will again be offering informal swims on Sundays at 6pm from the same venue and advise the May 2012 commencment date soon.

Thanks to support from Poole Borough Borough Council, we are again negotiating an evening lease on refurbished male and female changing rooms with a hot shower!

There are qualified coaches to support your open water swimming.

Our group includes and targets

• swimmers 16 and over training for ASA open water competitions,
• swimmers preparing to swim the English Channel, individually or as part of a relay
• triathletes looking to improve their swimming skills
• cold water swimmers and
• those new to open water swimming

Membership is £10/year and £2 each swim
