We are a friendly club who welcome all motivated experienced or inexperienced open water swimmers, who wish to improve:

• Technique
• Stamina
• Competitive training

We plan to meet at Shore Road, Poole on Tuesday evenings at 6.15pm (May to October 2009) whatever the weather. We have also been trialling informal swims on Sundays at 6pm from the same venue.

Thanks to support from Poole Borough Borough Council, we have been able to negotiate an evening lease on male and female changing rooms with hot showers!

There are qualified coaches to support your open water swimming.

Our group includes

• swimmers 12 and over training for asa open water competitions,
• swimmers preparing to swim the English Channel, individually or as part of a relay
• triathletes looking to improve their swimming skills
• cold water swimmers and
• those new to open water swimming

Membership is £10/year and £1 each swim
