Entry forms are now available for the 2010 East Region Open Water Championships which include swims over 800m, 1.5k, 3k and 5k. The 3k race will also include swimmers competing in the British Gas ASA Open Water 3km Masters Championship (download entry pack).

Championship conditions and entry forms (including both paper and electronic entry forms) are available in the Open Water section of the ASA East Region website.
