We have been invited to enter this inaugural gala which consists of 42 individual swims for each team in all 4 strokes plus the cannon relay at the end.

Each team needs a mixed bunch of at least 11 swimmers both under and over 45, plus one over 60. With a team of 11 swimmers, each team member must swim at least 4 times, so……the bigger the team the better.

OSS December Dip 2010

Nov 25th, 2010 | By

Saturday 4 December 2010 (60 metres) – Parliament Hill Lido, London

The OSS December Dip – on the first Saturday of every December – is gaining something of a cult following, with 240 swimmers celebrating the start of the 2009 festive season.

It’s back for 2010, with some brilliant speakers, a hot tub, cold plunge, ginger wine & mingling, and the kind of good time you can lunch off for at least the rest of the day.

Solent Swim 2010 Update

Aug 10th, 2010 | By

5 September 2010

We have been advised that the Solent Swim 2010 will not be going ahead as there will be insufficient safety vessels to support it. Organisers Champion Behaviours will be able to offer an alternative coastal swim on the same day at a similar time: along the coastline from Barton on Sea to Milford on Sea, an open water swim of approximately 3.5 miles. They do have enough safety vessels to enable them to offer this alternative.
