Sport psychology survey for parents and swimmers

Swimmers and their parents are invited to participate in two surveys which will provide valuable input to ASA products and services in the area of sport psychology.

The swimmers survey will look at the ways in which parents and coaches interact with their children and athletes within swimming and the parents survey investigates attitudes and perceptions with regard to the psychological, social and emotional development of swimmers.



Sports psychology survey for licensed ASA Coaches

Licensed ASA coaches are invited to participate in a survey looking at coach attitudes and perceptions regarding a number of psychological constructs.

This survey is part of a PhD study jointly funded by Loughborough University and Nottingham Trent University and is supported by the ASA. It is hoped that the results of this study will help to further coach education in the area of sport psychology by enabling a more targeted approach towards specific coach needs.
