"The great thing about living in the UK, is that our massive coastline allows interested groups to add ever more swims to the list of watery events taking place each year. The fact that some of that coastline is rather beautiful, is an added bonus.
"I was very pleased, then, when I heard that the East Dorset Open Water Swimming Club had decided to organise the Seahorse Swim, which took place on 27 June at Knoll Beach on Studland Bay, in Purbeck on the south coast.
"The water temperature was perfect, as far as I was concerned.
"Many thanks to the organisers of the swim, for a friendly and well-organised event. Roll on next year!"
